গুম এবং নির্যাতনের অভিযোগে সাবেক প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা ও শীর্ষ আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর কর্মকর্তাদের বিরুদ্ধে আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনালে মামলা দায়ের করেছেন ছাত্রদল নেতা মফিজুর রহমান আশিক।

তার অভিযোগে উল্লেখ আছে—২০১৩ এবং ২০২২ সালে তাকে দু’দুবার গুম করা হয় এবং নির্যাতন করা হয়। এই মামলায় শেখ হাসিনা ছাড়াও সাবেক স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী মহিউদ্দিন খান আলমগীর, র‍্যাব ও সিটিটিসির সাবেক কর্মকর্তারা অভিযুক্ত হয়েছেন।
