Dr Mike Jones is an American doctor who has spent the past 16 years practicing medicine in emergency departments across the globe.
From trauma centres in New York City to military hospitals in Afghanistan to his current position at a public hospital in New Zealand, he has recognized real differences in peoples’ relationship with pain and their expectations of its management.
