We’ll move slowly, loosen tight hips, and create space through the low back so you feel more open, steady, and “online” for your day. No fancy poses, no forcing flexibility - just simple, effective mobility.
Great for: stiff hips, tight low back, sitting a lot, “morning back,” beginners 40/45/50+
Not for: sharp pain, numbness/tingling down the leg, recent injury (check with a professional)
What you’ll need
• Yoga mat
• Optional: block or pillow (for support)
