This is a lengthy lecture he gave on the board’s findings regarding the Warren commission, the flawed autopsy, the Zapruder film, the so-called magic bullet, the CIA role, Oswald, Ruby, and many other intriguing aspects of the assassination and subsequent review, to include an audience question and answer period.

I have made this video user-friendly by rephrasing rambling questions into direct questions that audience members had, but make no changes to Dr. Gunn’s words. As most of you know the ARRB collected evidence starting in 1992, then produced its final report in 1998.
