Don't throw leftover rice away make these crispy rice snacks with leftover cooked brown rice. Oven baked easy snacks to make at home which are filling, crispy on the outside and soft inside. This eggless leftover rice recipe is high in Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Carbohydrates and Fibre. Great as breakfast, dinner, lunch, dessert, snacks or party food.

Ingredients: - (Makes 12 Snacks)
300g Leftover Cooked Brown Rice
1 Fresh Carrot
3 Green Beans
50g Green Garden Peas
1 Teaspoon Fresh Coriander
1 Teaspoon Mild Curry Powder
½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Mild Curry Powder
¼ Teaspoon Crushed Chili Flakes
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Garam Marsala
¼ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
1 ½ Slices Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Fine Cornmeal
4 Tablespoons Self-Raising Flour
1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
½ Teaspoon Onion Granules
2 Tablespoons Mild Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Water
