Описание: Karamjit Singh made history when he became the first Asian Driver to win an FIA Production World Rally Championship Title in 2002 with the PERT team. Last weekend, he did it again when he won 1st overall in the 2nd round of the Malaysian Rally Championship in a 2WD 1600cc Proton R3 Satria Neo rally car. This marked the first time a 2WD 1600cc rally car has won an overall Malaysian Rally Championship round in the 10 year history of the Malaysian Rally being held in Johor. Karamjit had to contend with tough competition from teams running 2.0 litre turbocharged 4WD rally cars throughout the weekend. His speed, tenacity, precision and mastery of the conditions gave him the edge to take the top step of the podium.
