Baldur's Gate 3 - Free Buff: Tasha's Laugh (Spirit of the Amulet)

Описание: I wanted to document how I got the best outcome on this quest which is the ability to cast Tasha's Laugh once per long rest.

At the quest's conclusion, you are offered the option to become the new custodian of the curse. I CHOSE YES.

Two separate DC 15 rolls vs Wis ensure ... losing either one results in the permanent loss of 2 wisdom points. The Fey-semblance Amulet is of no use here because we have to keep the Sentient Amulet on to do this quest. Since I couldnt change amulets I buffed by having Shart cast Owl's Wisdom (which gives advantage on the wisdom checks relevant here).

1) I used my illithid parasites to tank the 1st roll ... they lowered the difficulty from 15 down to 2, which was easy. The parasites cant help on the 2nd roll however, due to a temporary fatigue.

2) For the 2nd roll I was on my own ... but Owl's Wisdom helped carry my Tav's middling Wiz score into TD territory.

Reward: Ability to cast Tasha's Laugh 1x/long rest, without a spell slot, just an action point.
