If some one has uploaded objectionable contents /abusive photos on Internet like Facebook, you may file a complaint in Cyber Crime Wing, FIA. After conducting enquiry, the FIR is lodged against the accused and accused is arrested. Different modern techniques can be used to trace out the accused and to arrest him. Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (XL of 2016) deals with such situation. Many offences committed under this Act are heinous in nature and it is very difficult for actual accused to get bail from court.
