Biden, Kishida meet to strengthen US-Japan defence cooperation as global security threats grow

US President, Joe Biden, and Japanese Prime Minister, Fumio Kishida, have met in Tokyo, voicing concerns over China's assertiveness in the region.
Biden indicated that the US would be prepared to use force to defend Taiwan.
