Combined instruments Misura® _ENG

Описание: Misura® instruments allow to carry out thermo-mechanical analyses without contact with the sample, subjected to a heating cycle up to 1750 °C with heating rates up to 30 °C/min, following the complete behaviour of materials.
Thanks to the possibility of combining our single instruments and to the use of a single database, it is possible to analyze and compare several thermal analysis measurements through only one instrument.

The Heating Microscope and Horizontal Optical Dilatometer Misura® HSML-ODLT represents the ideal instrument for all those materials which present reduced expansions and contractions and for thin materials without limits in thickness, because the sample is not in contact with the measuring system. This enables to follow the real behaviour of the material.
The Optical Fleximeter and Horizontal Optical Dilatometer Misura® FLEX-ODLT is the ideal instrument to analyze the relationship between the coefficient of thermal expansion of two layers and their coupling temperature, in order to determine qualitative studies of residual stresses between coupled materials and to study the pyroplastic deformation and the deformation speed of the material at high temperatures due to its own weight.
Through the Heating Microscope and Optical Fleximeter Misura® HSML-FLEX it is possible to study the physical behaviour of materials during industrial firing cycles and carry out no contact bending analyses which enable to get a complete characterization of the evaluated materials.
Finally, the last creation is the instrument combined of Heating Microscope, Optical Fleximeter and Horizontal Optical Dilatometer Misura® HSML-FLEX-ODLT which allows to study the melting/ fusion, the dilatometric and bending behaviour of materials subjected to an industrial firing cycle through only one instrument.
