This neck massager hast 3 levels of heat, 3 types of massage with 2 different massaging air bellows, and 3 types of EMC electrode induced muscle stimulation.
The bellows inflate and deflate individually to make a combined 4 fixed positions. But it can also inflate and deflate at the same time to create different massage feeling.
The EMC electrode muscle stimulation allows you to stimulate your muscles while not moving them yourself. Honestly, this feels a bit strange to me and I probably would not use this feature myself. The other massaging and heat features are good enough for me. Of course, this product is a bit pricier due to the electrode stimulation so you'll need to know you really want this feather rather than buying it and not use it.
