Hey there! My name is Adam Roa, I am here to teach you all about self-love. After spending the majority of my life feeling unworthy, I discovered the power of loving myself. I’ve dedicated years of my life to helping others discover their own inner worth and develop a life filled with self-love. I teach you how to love yourself through my spoken word poetry, online courses, free podcast, and inspirational Instagram and Facebook posts. I’m also known for my partnerships with Goalcast, Mindvalley, and Addicted2Success. 

Many people think that making new choices will give you completely new results. There is actually some internal work to do beyond that. First, you need to find the parts of yourself that are still keeping you playing small or repeating certain patterns in you life. This is why no one is broken, we are actually just needing to pay closer attention to our thoughts and actions. Self love is the key to finding these parts of yourself that need to be emptied out so you can make the right new choices. We get to be aware of what is going on. Once we see what’s happening we are able to fully take on a choice that will be for our highest alignment.
