Workout: 800m, 400m, 200m (x2) 1600m pace with 2 minutes rest in between reps and full rest between sets. This was a relatively short workout for me, but the paces were very quick. Feeling pretty good, wishing I was a little faster on paces, but not too worried about it. Can't wait to race! Thanks for watching! I don't know if I can break 4, but I am going to do my best and just try to have fun going after it. Out of the 4 guys racing, (Leo, Cole, Thomas, Me) how many do you think will go under 4 if any?
