Katie Anne Brownie Recipe (tweaked by me):
15g PEScience Peanut Butter Cup Protein ("AMANDA" 30% off pescience.com)
125g egg whites
2 whole eggs
300g black beans (rinsed and dried)
100g pumpkin puree
30g Baking Cocoa Powder
25g coconut flour
40g Oat Bran
2 tbsp Chocolate Chip @buffbake peanut butter (Code: AmandaBuffBake 10% off)
1 tsp almond extract
Liquid Stevia to taste
1 dash salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
(optional - chocolate chips - fat free cream cheese)
Blend all ingredients (aside from baking powder and soda) in a food processor - add in powder and soda last. Line a glass pan with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Makes 8 large pieces. Macros Per Piece: 140 calories / 4.5f / 14c / 10p / 6g fiber!
(or 93cal 3f/10c/7p if you make them into 12 "muffins")
