रुष्टा तु कामान् सकलानभीष्टान्।
त्वामाश्रितानां न विपन्नराणां,
त्वामाश्रिता ह्याश्रयतां प्रयान्ति।।

Meaning:
"O Devi, when pleased, you destroy all diseases (Rogan), and when displeased, you destroy all desired aspirations (kaman). No calamities (vipad) befall those who take refuge in you, and those who take refuge in you become a refuge for others."

How to Chant:
Best Time: Morning, after bathing.
Recitation: 1, 11, or 108 times, ideally using a mala (rosary).
Focus: Maintain a state of devotion and surrender to Goddess Durga.
