Please be inform that SG Rolando Arceno, assigned guard at C.I. Philippines, failed to follow the officer’s instructions especially proper turnover of duties & responsibilities to his co-guard SG Dan Lagahit, despite reminders and calling his attention.

This is also to inform you that upon checking our Daily Time Record via (biometric/ timecard), it was observed several times that he comes late to his tour of duties. (see attached reference)

Lastly 5th of September 2021 on or about 0645h upon inspection during our daily guard mounting & formation, he does not wear proper uniform & improper grooming.
