Q: How do you get the Prisoner to show up in the Eye?
A: Free him from his prison on the Stranger added with EOTE and get the final scene where he sails off on a raft with your traveler.

Q: How long is the DLC?
A: About 7-10 hours depending on how well you handle the horror segments.

Q: Are there other endings?
A: These are the only 3 I know of that were added with the DLC.
