Описание: The first all-electric garbage truck (ERV) in North America devours a sofa. The new truck has found a home in Chicago. Motiv Power Systems developed the modular, plug-and-play electric Powertrain Control System (ePCS) technology that is part of the vehicle. The city of Chicago is currently running the Motiv ERV on different residential refuse and recycling routes of up to 60 miles. The all-electric unit saves 2,688 gallons of fuel a year.
