Jeanne Dorn is currently an Engineer II within the Water Quality Unit of Stormwater Services at King County. She demonstrates The Hydrolab, a water quality measuring instrument for use in the field. It consists of a sonde or "testing tip" with a data logging unit attached to it with a cable. The Hydrolab shown in the video measures the following five parameters: Temperature, pH, Specific Conductivity, Ammonium ion, and Nitrate ion.
