Reference to my video of the Old Mill Hill Railway Nature Reserve, I mentioned the Lyndhurst Park end was overgrown with bramble when I did this walk during September 2024 and it may have been awkward for dog walkers or if wearing attire exposing one's legs.
As you exit the gates to the official nature reserve it takes on a pretty overgrown appearance, the path goes to your right whereupon it is quite narrow, and on this occasion, thick with bramble. Only a short distance then you catch sight of Lyndhurst Park and the back of Benningholme Road. You then have to walk to your left until a small bridge takes you over the Burnt Oak Brook and into Lyndhurst Park. This is a small pleasant park that leads up to Bunns Lane, Mill Hill, NW7
