INGREDIENT LIST

280g (9.9 oz) minced meat (can be pork or chicken)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
5g (0.18 oz) young ginger, chopped
1 stalk spring onion, chopped (add the stem part to the minced meat and the green part to be garnished on the cooked dish)
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
A few dashes of white pepper
1/2 tbsp cornflour or cornstarch
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
100g (3.5 oz) sweet preserved vegetables (mui choy), chopped
