DRY PREBREAKER MACHINE
Work Principle
This machine breaks the rubber material by the relative movement of the movable blades on the main shaft and fixed blades in the main body. The heat generated in cutting, friction and press during operation reduces the moisture content and white spot in the rubber material, and increase its consistency.
Function
This machine is used in reducing the moisture content of rubber material, clearing up the white spot, improving rubber’s consistency and producing compound rubber for special needs.
