In this video, I feed my auction addiction once again and head out on a four-hour round trip to pick up what seemed like an unbeatable deal — $20 rear tractor tires for the Farmall.
On paper, it was a win.
In reality… well, not every auction find turns out the way you hope.
We load up the tires (and a couple unexpected extras), battle snow, ice, frozen rubber, and then discover the real condition once everything thaws out. From dry rot to completely rotted rims, this one turns into a full reality check on buying cheap tractor tires at auction.
Sometimes projects move forward.
Sometimes they turn into goat toys, yard art, or scrap metal.
