Norwegian fish soup. Very delicious and easy. Soup with salmon.

Описание: Norwegian fish soup.
                           Ingredients:
             For the fish broth you need:
Salmon heads - 2
Water - 4 , 5 liters
Onion - 1 piece
Salt pepper and bay leave
Cooking time - 20 minutes from the moment of boiling. ( Strain the broth after )

Salmon fillets (skin of) - 700 gramm
Mussels - 400 gramm
Potatoes - 3 pieces
Carrots - 2 pieces
Leek - 1 piece
Garlic - 5 cloves
Fresh cream - 1 cup ( more is better)
Butter - 40 gramm
Vegetable oil - 3 , 4 table spoon
Plain flour - 3, 4 table spoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon, dil and parsley for garnish
