Welcome to Week 3 of my OMAD (One Meal A Day) intermittent fasting journey! In this vlog, I share my honest experience with OMAD—what’s working, what’s challenging, and how my body and mindset are evolving. From energy levels to cravings, weight changes to mental clarity, this week had it all.
Cravings hit hard this week—sugar, snacks, late-night temptations—you name it. In this vlog, I open up about the emotional and physical tug-of-war between discipline and desire.
My weight loss journey is not perfect but the main thing I learnt is that trying again is better than quitting. In my vlog I share everything, all my bad days and good days, meals, wins and fails. So far altogether I have lost just over 6kg in 3 weeks and am just getting started!
