Going through a difficult time in my mental health and personal life I discovered my passion for hiking and being outdoors. I changed my mindset from "I can't do things like that" to "Why not?"
That's how I approach every adventure I take now. Why not?........The way I used to be before I changed into what I thought I SHOULD be.
