As you know modern smart phone cpu and emmc is underfilled with black or white epoxy glue. When we want to remove this ice mmc or cpu it is a technical work. First we need to remove this glue from pcb so components around the ic did not came out with ic. The complete process of removing glue and after that removing the cpu is give in this video.
