(4K version re-uploaded onto our channel!) On a warm Summer morning in New York City, U.S. Olympians Conner Mantz and Clayton Young were in town for a film premiere and allowed us to tag along for their six-mile tempo run in Central Park.
Mantz ran 27:58 for the six-mile loop around the park. You can find all of his splits and data on his Strava here: / strava
Mantz snatched up a few Strava segments including the Cat Hill Mile and climb up Harlem Hill.
Mantz will be chasing the American record in the marathon in October's Chicago Marathon. Clayton Young will be representing the United States in the marathon at the 2025 World Championships in Tokyo in September.
Note: We reduced the volume of the video due to the wind on the camera off the bike. We added some light music to it.
