Calendar. Appointment calendar with pictures in Excel VBA.

The input mask contains a calendar in the upper left corner.
The calendar consists of "Month" and "Date" combo boxes and seven rows of eight cells each.
The cells in the first row contain the names of the days of the week, and the first column contains the calendar week numbers.
Saturday cells have a green background, Sunday cells have a blue background, and the selected day has a yellow background.
Official holidays have a red background, while non-statutory holidays have a gray background.
If the selected day is a holiday, the name of the holiday appears in the elongated cell below. On non-working holidays, this cell is red, and on working holidays, it remains gray.
When the input mask is enabled, the calendar always shows today's date.

The yellow "Current date" button switches the calendar to today's date.

A calendar for any year can be created in the input mask using the "Change Year" button.
There are sixteen movable holidays in the list. By checking the box, the selected holiday is designated as a day off.
From a list of fifteen fixed holidays, users can choose the name and date of each holiday, and use the checkboxes to designate holidays as days off.
Click the "Take over" button, enter the 4-digit year in the input field, and click "OK." The calendar is created.
