Just when I thought I would be able to publish an Eid vlog, i was actually craving to prepare mostly, the lazy cat cake that has been trending all over Instagram. Not sure who the person is, i guess his name is Ahmed al Zamil. Wanted to try it so badly and finally made it. Now next i will make the white version of it using white chocolate and vanilla cake as i already have a vanilla cake mix pack at home. so stay tuned for that.
Tender coconut is i guess any keralite comfort thing be it pudding, kheer, or even the coconut water and pulp as such. This glass pudding is my all-time fav yet to my surprise, i havent shared this recipe on my channel.(This is very common and and is known to many as you can find a lot of recipes on this, but i must share here for my Youtube family rt ?)

Lazy Cat Cake -
Chocolate cake
cream cheese - 200 gm
whipping powder - 3 sachets / whipping cream - 1 cup
condensed milk - 1 tin
cooking chocolate - 1 cup + whipping cream - 1/2 cup
choco rice crisps/cereal balls - 1 - 2 cups
melted chocolate - 1/2 cup
cocoa powder / chocolate podwer - 3 - 4 spoons or more if needed

Choco-Straw Kunafa dessert -

Kunafa shreds - 2 cups
pistachio buter - 1/2 cup or more if needed
tahini - 3 - 4 spoons ( recipe link -    • Quick Dinner Vlog / Moutabel or Baba Ganou...   )
melted chocolate with chocolate spread & whipping cream - 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp + 1/4 cup
crushed pistachios for garnish

butter - 100 gm
condensed milk - 1 tin or 1.25 cup
melted chocolate/pistachios - for garnish

tender coconut pulp - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup or more if needed
