Hello and welcome to a PAHouseLink.com video walkthrough. My name is Steve and today we'll be taking a look at one of our foreclosure properties in Levittown, PA.

In this video we are checking out 9 Verdant Rd, Levittown, PA 19057. This 2-story cape model is located in the Violet Wood neighborhood of Bristol township, and is also part of the Bristol school district. The house features a whopping 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, coming in at 2,028 square feet, with the entire lot totaling 6,600.

This property is in extremely poor condition and has suffered extensive water damage. This is a project best left for the professionals.

With that, we can start the tour...

We're going to begin outside with a look at the front of the property and its surroundings, and then we're going to head in the front door.

Through the front door, our first stop for the interior is going to be the living room. Heading further left we come to what used to be the garage. To the left we have bedroom 1. To the right we have bedroom 2. Stepping back through the living room we come to the dining room and the kitchen on the right. Through the dining room we enter an addition with the family room in the center. On our left we have bedroom 3. To the right we have the utilities and laundry room.

We're going to step out back really quick through the door in the family room. The yard is a decent size and features a deck in good condition.

Back inside and through the dining room we're going to head under the stairs and to the right for bedroom 4. Across the hall is the first floor bathroom. And here we have bedroom 5.

Now up to the second floor. At the top of the stairs and to the left we come to bedroom 6. On the other side of the hall is bedroom 7. And our last stop will be the second floor bathroom.
