Hello mga Tangay! Hello friends! In this video, we talked about choosing the right paint color and lighting for your apartment. This is important because these two contribute to the overall mood and feel of your place for the benefit of your tenants. I showed actual pictures of apartments or boarding houses that you should not copy.

Why is this basic thing important? Lighting, paint color, (and ventilation) might seem trivial to some but it is extremely important for the well-being of your tenants. The more that they're able to rest, relax and recharge after a long day's work, the more they can do well at work and in life in general. The better their performance professionally, the higher the chances that they'll keep their jobs or get promoted. The more stable their income, the more secure your income will also be. Plus, who would want a grumpy tenant? No one.

So consider this video when you're finishing your apartment or repainting it.
