Proof of Pythagorean Theorem with Similar Triangles

Описание: In this video I go through a proof of Pythagorean Theorem using similar triangles. I construct an altitude from the right angle of a right triangle, then use proportions in the resulting similar triangles to set up two equations. I then use the two equations to establish the famous formula a^2 + b^2 = c^2.
