Residents in Yemen's Taiz queued for hours on Monday to fill liquefied gas cylinders as the frontline city faced severe fuel shortages.
Residents said they had been waiting since the early morning, with some receiving only half a cylinder. They also described rising food prices, a lack of petrol and worsening economic hardship as fighting continues around Taiz.

Taiz has remained a key frontline in Yemen's civil war, with government forces and Iran-aligned Houthi fighters battling around the city.
