Описание: 11/19/25, I boarded Cleveland RTA Bus 9 to downtown: 7:47 PM / #3342. The driver of the bus was a heavyset black male who wears eyeglasses. He's caused trouble before. Tonight, he looked at me a little extra long when I swiped my bus pass. When I boarded the bus, a Cleveland Heights police vehicle drove East on Mayfield Rd towards SOM Center Rd. The police vehicle briefly stopped, #517(?). I've seen that before with these cops. That means to someone on the bus that I'm the target. They've planned more than 1 assault against me. Cleveland Heights police recently obtained new vehicles however, their plate numbers are 4 digits. It's possible that as I was boarding bus 9 to downtown, I misread the plate number. This police vehicle looked like the same vehicle that I recorded on 11/13/25 in Cleveland Heights, when I questioned if the cop picked up the homeless black female with the short afro & shopping cart. 11/13/25: The gold that I saw was the gold badge emblem.

On the bus, the black male in this video moved from sitting behind me to the seat across from me. He then kept looking at me up & down, so I recorded him & immediately posted it on YouTube. When I said a prayer, he started falling asleep. He was either drunk or high. He kept shaking his head to stay awake. Just before my stop, & before I signaled for the stop, he zipped up his hoodie & looked prepared to step off of the bus. When I stepped off of the bus at 8:13 PM, the black male remained on the bus.

I then saw the same helicopter that I recorded last night. The helicopter flew south from the area of the bus stop & then turned east towards the same area where he landed the helicopter last night. As I walked South down the street, 2 separate Cleveland police drove their vehicles north on the same street. The 1st police vehicle's plate # was 9628(?). Cleveland police vehicle 9628 then returned to the street where I was walking south. He then drove south & turned East, down the 1st street on the left. Was the black male who sat across from me on Cleveland RTA bus 9, in the police vehicle 9628, or was he in the 2nd cop's vehicle? Cleveland police have set up more than 1 assault against me. (I have a scar on my forehead because they falsely told a homeless female, while they spent 3 nights at the downtown Cleveland Westin Hotel with her, that I was working undercover with the FBI to shut down a women's shelter).

11/19/25, 8:14 PM: During the following video, I mention the police vehicle with the gold lettering. Because I was quickly entering the bus, I misspoke when describing the police vehicle on Mayfield / Lee. The buses have a total of 4 exterior cameras on them.

Shortly afterwards, I arrived at the storage facility where I rent a storage unit. I had a feeling to step into my unit & close the door. At 8:55 PM, the black male who just started to rent unit 1031, that's located near the back doors of the facility, walked into the building. The lights in the building are based on sensor. They turn on as someone approaches the area. My unit is located at the end of a small hallway that dead-ends. He walked down the main hallway & stopped at my unit hallway & took a deep breath. I then heard the stairway door close at approximately 8:56 PM.

11/19/25, 9:22 PM, the light of the hallway where my unit is located brightened twice. The 1st light that turned on was the entry of the hallway where my unit is located. The 2nd light that turned on was because someone was standing directly outside of my unit. When he walked away from my unit, he laughed. He doesn't have any reason to spend any time in the hallway where I rent a unit or directly outside of my unit.

He then walked to the restroom. I heard the restroom door close however, he didn't step into the restroom. Instead, he quietly walked back to the hallway where my unit is located, & then entered the hallway & stood directly outside of my unit again. I heard him breathing heavy as though he was aggravated. He doesn't have any reason at all to walk down the hallway where my unit is located AND approach my unit. I don't know this despicable creature. The black male who is the new tenant, renting unit 1031, is a sick, perverted stalker. His repetitive hovering/stalking at my unit on 11/19/25, wasn't the 1st time. He started hovering around the hallway where I rent a storage unit immediately upon his arrival. I have a motion sensor camera in my unit because of the stalking in my life that's occurring in my life.
