Using Google Earth I discovered a strange structure in the middle of nowhere in the Sahara desert. It looked like a rocky plateau with tons of man made structures on top of it, perhaps they were ruins!

Continuing to look around the area I then made another shocking discovery, this was not the only mysterious site out here. This entire area of the Sahara Desert was filled with similar looking sites. Now here is the craziest part; they were all completely undocumented, I couldn't find any historical records on these sites. It looked like perhaps a lost civilization once called this remote area of the Sahara Desert home!

Curious to find out what these mysterious, undocumented structures could be I headed out on an adventure with "Morocco Private Tours" to try reach these ancient sites in person and explore them for answers.
