Wes Ladd is the founder of ‪@traingrcacademy‬, a cybersecurity training platform for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professionals. As part of Train GRC, Wes is the Lead Developer and Architect of StinkBait - a research and reporting tool for cybersecurity professionals that leverages LLMs and associated technologies.

He has served in a variety of capacities, from Internal Auditor to Penetration Tester to Cloud Security Architect. This experience has included helping some of the largest and most heavily regulated organizations - including Fortune 100 Banking, Energy, and Healthcare clients - with their technology and cybersecurity challenges.
