As per instructions from Tadepalli, a person named Allapaka Koti, a close follower of former TTD Chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, brought empty liquor bottles from Tirupati and threw them near Kaustubham Guest House in Tirumala. Later, YSRCP social media activist Naveen and Sakshi photographers recorded videos and photos and made them viral, creating panic and false anger among devotees. Police arrested Allapaka Koti and Sakshi photographer Mohan Krishna. Another accused, Naveen, is still absconding. This shows the news was deliberately created, not accidental.
