This ten minute guided mindfulness session is a bit different from my typical guided meditation sessions - It has ONLY affirmation statements with pauses in-between to process each brief statement. These affirmations focus on self-care, self-love, motivation, and positivity. It is intended to put you into a calm and focused headspace. Having confidence in ourselves will help to reduce fear and anxiety, and also will give us better sleep and energy throughout each day. Try these soothing and relaxing affirmations and see if they can help you to feel more comfort and calm throughout each day.
This meditation session contains 10-minutes of affirmation statements, guided by my voice. There is ambient background music that you will hear underneath my voice. Note that I only speak in affirmations, so it can be important to prepare by sitting comfortably and breathing naturally and gently. Please feel free to meditate to this or play it in the background on headphones or speakers. I really hope this will help you every single day!
