Namaste All. Welcome to Day 27 of World Wellness Wish January 2015 Challenge brought to you by VYAYAM. The idea for World Wellness Wish originated from a Vaidik verse in Sanskrit - om sarveShaam svastir bhavatu which simply means May All Be Well.
As part of World Wellness Wish brought to you by VYAYAM, Vidya Nahar will share one yoga-pilates based video with you every day for the month of January through this Youtube channel. Each video will consist of a set of fifteen one-minute movements or poses that will improve the functioning of your joints, glands, muscles, bones, and inner organs. The routine will help you restore your flexibility, strength, heart-health, breathing, and emotional equilibrium.
That means you will learn 465 different movements or poses over a period of 31 days. You will be able to combine these movements, poses in any fashion, as you learn them, to address your specific needs. If you happen to skip a day or two, no big deal. Come, practice, whenever it is your time. The idea is for you to practice wellness at your own pace, in your own place.
