Der polemische Text handelt von einem wohlhabenden Studenten und Frauenhasser namens Bobby Brown. Er hat einen Ruf als süßester Junge der Stadt, der das Urbild des amerikanischen Traums lebt, bis zu einem traumatischen Erlebnis mit einer frauenbewegten Lesbe (dyke). Daraufhin entdeckt er seine Homosexualität und Vorliebe für Sadomasochismus und Urophilie. Am Ende bezeichnet er sich als sexuellen Spastiker (sexual spastic).

Im Text werden Schimpfwörter und politisch inkorrekte Begriffe, wie „dyke“, „son of a bitch“, „homo“ (Lesbe, Hurensohn, Homosexueller) verwendet und offen oder hinter speziellen Begriffen und Wortspielen sexuelle Handlungen und Körperteile beschrieben: Vergewaltigung, Hodenquetschen, Schwanz, vorzeitiger Samenerguss, Dildostuhl, Analpenetration, Pissspiele, Anus oder Arsch (heinie) sowie Fellatio.

Bobby Brown war in Europa im Vergleich zu den USA relativ erfolgreich. Die Single erreichte in Schweden und Norwegen Platz 1, in Österreich Platz 2 und in Deutschland Platz 4 der offiziellen Top 100 Charts.
