Stamina Healers have never been better! Torc Mythic - Necrom PTS | Elder Scrolls Online (ESO)

Описание: In this episode of Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), I made an Arcanist stamina based healer using the mythic, Torc of Tonal Constancy, from the Greymoor chapter. This is utillzing the arcanist's special skills that change the cost depending on your highest stat, allowing us to gain 3 additional healing/utility skills that are based on stamina. The two bars are setup so you can keep you mag low at all times while still using your skills, and using the very powerful shields the arcanist can provide to your group.

We are also crit focused due to arcanist passives, so we get very strong heals as well! We are using a bow instead of daggers because of the recent nerf daggers took in the passives, now the bow and daggers provide the same amount of crit and a bow allows you to stay away from the boss and still light attack to proc your enchant.

Gear: Powerful Assault on Bow, 2x Rings, chest (any body will work but you get the most resists for chest). Spell Power Cure/Olorime on all body (1 piece on shoulder). 1 piece of slimecraw (any crit monster helm). Torc of tonal constancy (optional but it really helps).

All armor has Divines with max stamina enchant. Front bar weapon is a bow with Precise trait and stamina drain enchant. The back bar restoration staff has precise trait with magicka drain enchant. We are wearing 6 Light armor and 1 medium. Jewlery enchants are all weapon damage and infused trait.

Setup: All attributes in stamina, khajiit race, using Lava Foot Soup and Saltrice for food (or use Candied Jester's Coins) if you are struggling with magicka sustain), and weapon power pot (or tri-pot if you don't want or already have major brutality/savagery).

Front Bar: Echoing Vigor, Curative Surge (or rune of colorless pool if you already have enough healing), Evolving Runemend (main spammable and crux generator), Tidal Chakram (main crux spender), Razor Caltrops (source of Major Breach), Tide King's Gaze (for passives. You could swap for agressive warhorn)
Back bar: Combat Prayer (buffs and main heal spammable if stamina is low), Radiating Regeneration, Reconstructive Domain (other morph if you have enough heals), Overflowing Altar, Illustrious Healing, Resonating Glyphic (main ulti).

Champion Points:
Blue- Soothing Tide, Swift Renewal, Rejuvenator, From The Brink (good for stopping wipe mechs in endgame)
Red- Rejuvenation, Fortified, Bastion, Shield Master

How to Use:
Throw out all HoT's/buffs on back bar, by then your mag should be under 50% proccing the Torc buff. Keep up all HoT's and buffs on front bar as well and when you have down time spam your Evolving Runemend to get crux and use the Tidal Chakram as much as possible (not at the expense of other HoT's/buffs). If your stam does get low, stay on your back bar longer and use mag a little more then your stam will be back up by the time you run out on the back. I barely had to heavy attack when trying to keep myself and Ember alive in Hel Ra solo. You shouldn't have any sustain issues if playing content where you aren't being heal checked as much as I was there.
