This is the third single release from our upcoming duo album 'Songs From The Treehouse' (GLM Fine Music 2025). The full album will be released in September 2025 on CD and Vinyl!

"Shuttle Song" was composed by Martin for this record - and we've had a running theme of childhood memories for all of these songs. This tune reminded me of the time my sister and I tried to build a scooter out of random plywood my dad had in the garage.. we nailed some pieces together, added some skateboard wheels, and then tried to zoom around the neighborhood on it. It wasn't good - but it was fun trying! So I imagine kids 'shuttling' around their neighborhood with homemade scooters when I hear this song. I hope you enjoy ;).

Martin and I have been playing together since 2013, and it's always a joy to play duo. He writes beautiful melodies, as you can hear with this piece. We both wanted to write music for this album that would take advantage of the natural connection between vibraphone and piano - with both instruments capable of playing chords and melody.
