Just a little "FYI" here for those who've asked. I've been asked on various platforms since the 2nd Q&A video I did - so if you don't do sponsored videos then are you just doing YouTube for fun? Since many creators make it seem like sponsorships are the only way to put food on the table. No, I (and every other creator who qualifies) make money through Google AdSense that comes from the ads that run before/during/after videos. Often creators talk about sponsorships as though those are the only ways they're able to stay afloat in this world, but a large channel (for example) on YouTube that's getting hundreds of thousands of views is making good AdSense money.
