It's super simple to make and goes well with anything from fish to red meat.

This is also a great recipe for those of you who are on keto or animal based diets :-)

RECIPE
Carnivore Alfredo Sauce

30 g (2 tbsp) butter
300 ml (1 and 1/4 cup) heavy cream
150 g (1 and 3/4 cup) parmesan
Salt
Pepper (optional)

1. Melt butter in a pan.
2. Add heavy cream (slowly at first) and whisk briskly.
3. Add salt and pepper (optional) to taste.
4. Let simmer for 3-5 min and remove from heat.
5. Add parmesan cheese and whisk.
6. Serve and enjoy :-)

If you don't have parmesan, you can use any grated hard cheese (just put in a little bit less as they are typically "heavier").
