Double Poofs with Curls

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Poofs are 10in and Cut Curls 8in long

Top- Poofs are 10in and Cut Curls 8in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Orange Curls cut at 8in and 10 Black Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 8 Orange Curls cut at 8in and 8 Black Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
