The Houston City Council is experimenting with evening sessions to make it easier for people to speak out at their meetings—and they did.
The council experiment started Aug. 26. Four more sessions are scheduled: Sept. 16, Oct. 28, Nov. 18, and Dec. 16. The council meetings start at 5:30 p.m. with public comments at 6 p.m.
Register by 3 p.m. the Monday before any session by emailing [email protected] or calling 832-393-1100.
