Ingredients for the sweet snowman:

Whipped cream
Coconut flour
Pink and black sugar dough
Muffins (you can find them ready-made in the supermarket)
Coconut pralines
Breadsticks
Honey

Pumpkin muffins ingredients

Pumpkin 250g
Wholemeal spelt flour 100g
Flour 70g
Brown sugar 60g
Honey 1 teaspoon
Seed oil 40g
Dark chocolate chips 70g
Vegetable milk 140g
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon

Procedure:
First of all, clean and chop into small cubes the pumpkin and steam it. Then put it into a bowl and make a mash with the sugar.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
Fill 3/4 of the muffin paper cups and put them in the oven and bake them at 175° C for 15-20 minutes.
Let them cool down.
