Note: We have travelled Gold Coast mid May before Victorian Government imposed current travel restrictions. Travel within Australian states and territories are working similar to a traffic light system. If it is green, you can travel between states without any restrictions. From 28th May 2021 Victorians are facing 7 day snap lockdown due to recent COVID outbreaks in Victoria. This has been recorded when travel between states were green.

This is just a brief video to give you guys an idea about how does domestic flight system works within Australia. We went on a holiday to Gold Coast (city located in Queensland). We board our flight from Melbourne airport.
