Part 2 of the Wales adventure. We leave Colwyn Bay and head towards Llandudno and the Great Orme and a well-earned break at the Rest & Be Thankful, cliff top cafe.
The Cafe was built in 1908 and was originally just a simple shack, but in the 1980's it was expanded to hold 16 seats and acted as a warm shelter for winter walkers. In 2001 the cafe was expanded again to house a toilet and a larger room and in 2019 the final expansion saw a much larger main room with a new roof-top terrace, providing stunning cliff-top views.
